(科技券TVP Scheme) [Updated as on 10/6/2020]
To Leverage the Business Productivity with TVP Subsidy
From 1 April 2020, Hong Kong Government has increased the amount of TVP from HK$400,000 to HK$600,000, aims to subsidise non-listed local enterprises/organisations in using technological services and solutions to improve productivity, or upgrade or transform their business processes.
Who are eligible to apply?

Registered in Hong Kong under the Business Registration Ordinance (Cap. 310); or under the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622)

Established in Hong Kong by relevant ordinances as statutory bodies

With substantive business operation in Hong Kong which is related to the project under application at the time of application.
1. the project can be started immediately once the applicant submits their application.
2. If the applicant would like to commence the project during the review period, they have to submit a declaration and undertaking statement to ITC within 5 days of the start of the project.
3. If the project does not approve by the ITC for review, the applicant has to bear all the cost of the project without any compensation of the government.
