💡Seamless Self-Onboarding – The Best Solution for Fast-Moving Industries!
BridgeBuilder has launched a “Self Onboarding” feature that not only catering to the new working models, but also better accommodate the daily operations of fast-moving industries such as the retail and the F&B industry, where frontline employees are required to work at different locations and branches, making it difficult for the HR department at headquarter to manage the cumbersome onboarding process, that may involve intensive paperwork and orientation-related tasks. To address this, we have supplemented our HRMS with “Remote Onboarding” feature to digitalize the entire process, where physical presence and submission are no longer required!

With our new feature, HR officers are no longer required to arrange physical onboarding sessions with different candidates and no paperwork needed. They can simply create a new employee profile with our system by inputting the basic information including the new joiner’s full name, job title, working location etc., and share a unique link auto-generated by the system with the candidate. Once the new hire receives the login information, he or she can fill in all necessary information online anytime and anywhere on the go before they start working!
