  1. Leave Management

    1. User-definable leave entitlement and taken plans for different groups of employees

      1. HR can set up individual leave plans for different groups, e.g. management levels have 14 days of annual leave, while general staff have 10 days, etc.

    2. Record and management of leave requests

      1. HR can keep record of employee’s leave information, including relevant documentations

      2. Recorded leaves will be directly calculated towards salary and leave balance in the HR system

      1. HR can record new recruits’ personal information on one platform, career information templates could be preset in the system, including department, position, etc. Developing new employees’ profile made more efficient

Setting Claim Limits, Eliminating Unqualified Claim Items

  • Claim limits could be configured, including maximum amount in monetary and quantity terms, efficiency in budget controlling
     

  • Employees can check their previous records of claims, aiding their control in future expense claims

Dashboards of Claim Categories and Claim Total 

  • The expense analysis can be viewed in the dashboard by category, department or team, and trend line
