To facilitate this process, our system introduces a self-onboarding function that allows new joiners to complete a personnel form online, including identity documents, contact information, emergency contact details, academic records, bank details and more. Once confirmed by the human resources department, all data is seamlessly transferred to our personnel management system, ensuring that all personal and sensitive information is handled securely.
