Compliance with Hong Kong Labour Laws including 713 Ordinances (12-month average daily wage calculation), MPF, 418/468 and e-tax (IR56B, E, F, G, M). The system will stay alert to the legislative changes and timely update our compliance to mitigate legal risks.
Auto-Tracking of Leave Balance
The leave module is also capable of tracking and updating annual leave balances, allowing employees to check it anytime through the ESS app which can be accessed anytime, anywhere. This increases transparency for employees while reducing the need for HR staff to answer routine inquiries and places less burden on them.
Leave Status Calendar
HR and team supervisors can view all employees' leave statuses for the next month at a glance, assisting them to make better decisions in approving/denying leaves, as well as make timely changes to roster shifts to avoid situations of staff shortage.

Turn on built-in notfications and email alerts to help HR and supervisors stay on top of any leave applications awaiting approval, as well as share with employees the latest update regarding the status of their application(s).
Leave Eligibility Check
Set requirements for each type of leave and automatically reject any unqualified applications, e.g. applying for sick leave without attaching documents or applying for birthday leave outside of the birthday month.
Keeping unqualified applications from coming through adds a layer of checking and reduces HR workload in this aspect.
Public Holiday Table

Attendance
Keep track of employees’ punctuality with multiple clock-in/out options for obtaining real-time records and detecting abnormal attendance. All attendance data can be synchronized into the Roster and Payroll module. The system can cross-check roster plans, leave schedules, and attendance records, ensuring comprehensive leave management and accurate tracking of employee attendance.
