Our “468 Rule” workshop, co-hosted with ManpowerGroup, was successfully held yesterday and received an overwhelming response. The event brought together valued clients from the retail, F&B, community and professional services sectors, providing an excellent opportunity for our guests to explore compliance challenges under the new “468 regulation” from two key perspectives: legal compliance and technology empowerment.

The session began with an informative sharing by Ms. Lisa Lam from ManpowerGroup, who discussed the market landscape since this year’s January and the common compliance challenges companies have encountered in their day-to-day workforce management. She also shared practical tips and insights on how businesses can maintain workforce flexibility while staying fully compliant with the new rule. Lisa further highlighted the risks and consequences of violating the new “468 regulation”🚨 helping attendees gain a more comprehensive understanding of the latest legal requirements.

Following Lisa’s sharing from the legal perspective, Mr. Stephen Lam, Associate Director at BridgeBuilder, introduced how BridgeBuilder supports our clients through advanced technology. He explained how the system automatically monitors the new threshold of “68 hours within 4 weeks” without manual efforts, significantly reducing manual calculation errors and lowering compliance risks⬇️Stephen also shared how the system’s paperless attendance management helps enterprises build a real-time and reliable attendance database, while showcasing how the ESS self-service platform enhances communication between employers and employees🤝Together, these features enable you to manage both part-time and full-time employees more efficiently and flexibly, while staying fully compliant.

After the seminar, many clients stayed behind to discuss with our consulting team in person, sharing their current workforce management challenges and engaging in live system demonstrations, learning how the latest system features can help improve their daily operational efficiency and support a smooth transition under the new regulation.

Once again, we sincerely thank the ManpowerGroup team, our guest speakers, and all clients for your support and enthusiastic participation. Your trust and feedback continue to inspire us to innovate and improve. We look forward to hosting more events in the future, helping everyone stay ahead of market changes and navigate workforce regulatory challenges with ease. 🚀
