Position: Administration Clerk

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle general clerical and office administration work
• Perform duties as required by supervisor
• Support Sales and Project team, including general data entries, report preparation & filing, etc.
• Handle any ad hoc projects as assigned


• F.5 or above
• Preferable with at least 1 year related experience in administration or
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Good command in documentation and filing system
• Applicants must be positive thinking, hardworking, responsible, attentive to details, with good
communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate available is preferable
